Job Objective
Establish, develop and maintain pro-actively a portfolio of corporate customers who require routine as well as complex structured trade finance and other C&IB services in order to generate revenue for the Bank, managing the corporate relationship professionally under the broad guidance and direction on orientation from DIB policies, but with attendant credit responsibility and accountability as well as for marketing new business and enhancing productivity of existing portfolio by selling / cross-selling C&IB products and services to corporate clients.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Commercial Banking experience of which at least 4 years of Relationship Management exposure is a must.
- Must be a university graduate with a strong knowledge of local corporate banking market & products and vision about future direction and market sensitivities
- Effective leadership, decision-making and team building skills
- Strong marketing, selling and interpersonal skills with a proven credit risk and financial analysis skills
